Step One - The Design Documents
Provide us with the following:
– Retainer payment (usually half of the full price) to be made prior to commencement of work
– AutoCAD files including elevations, plans, sections, etc.
– Materials palette as well as a color scheme
– Sketches (if available), camera angles
Monochrome images available within 24-48 hours
Step Two - The Moddeling Process
Monochrome image confirmation:
– One revision available if necessary
– Provide additional reference images
– Material, color and texture application
– Lighting adjustments
Color images available within 24-48 hours
Step Three - The Final Touch
Color image confirmation:
– One revision based on client comments, if any
– Revised image sent to client for confirmation
– Remainder of the payment to be made prior to final delivery
– High resolution images to reach client within the following 24 hours
